About Lilian Liu

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and a graduate of the Boston College School of Management (2007), Lilian has called Miami home ever since. Before transitioning into real estate, she began her career in the luxury travel retail industry, working with prestigious brands like L’Oreal and Shiseido.

Lilian’s real estate journey began with managing her family’s investment properties, a portfolio that has since grown to over 20 units under her care. Building on her hands-on experience, she successfully flipped a property in the emerging neighborhood of Shenandoah, as well as an exclusive waterfront property on Palm Island. Her in-depth understanding of Miami’s real estate market, combined with her strong work ethic, allows her to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and with a unique perspective shaped by her Taiwanese-Brazilian heritage, Lilian offers tailored, high-quality service to a diverse and international clientele. A long-time resident of both Downtown Miami and Miami Beach, she now resides in Coral Gables with her husband, David, and their three children —Luna, Max, and Noa.
